Movement, connection and shared time
A closer look at the active-life chapter operating within Jamshri City.
Already here in Solapur
A mixed-use destination bringing together retail and hospitality, sport and wellness, and community life on Jamshri's historic Solapur mill grounds.
Experience it now
Jamshri City is lived in every day. Visitors come to shop or dine and spend time at Ileseum Clubs. Around them, a former mill estate is taking on new purpose.
Operating today
An established retail and leisure address where everyday errands, dining and time together share the same walkable setting.
Operating today
Ileseum Clubs brings active and social life into the rhythm of the estate.
It is a place for movement and time spent together. Families and the wider community can make Jamshri City part of the everyday, rather than an occasional destination.

A vertical in exploration
Jamshri Ignite is the office vertical we are exploring within Jamshri City. Today it runs as two managed centres with close to 500 seats for two established clients.
It stands apart from the High Street, and behind it sits an eighteen-year story of job creation and technology on this campus.

Continuity
The mill remains part of the estate's identity because renewal begins with what can be kept, understood and used again.
Archival photograph
Heritage here is active material. Existing structures, mature landscape and a long relationship with Solapur give Jamshri City a sense of place that cannot be added later.

Concept render A future chapter
The High Street film now lives with High Street, and the Ileseum film with Ileseum. Here, one short preview looks ahead without interrupting the City journey.
A short preview of a future cinema chapter at Jamshri City. This preview is not an opening or completion commitment.
The wider picture
Jamshri City is taking shape inside a city that is growing around it. Over the past two years Solapur has regained its airport, been written into a national high-speed rail corridor and been lined up for one of Maharashtra's largest technology campuses.
Air
Solapur Airport reopened in September 2024. Direct flights now run to Mumbai, Hyderabad and Goa.
Rail
Solapur is a confirmed station on the Mumbai–Hyderabad High-Speed Rail corridor, its detailed project report now complete. A Vande Bharat service already runs to Mumbai six days a week.
Technology
A 50-acre IT park has been announced on Hotgi Road, positioned to become Maharashtra's second-largest technology campus after Hinjawadi.
Recognition
Solapur was named in the first round of the national Smart Cities Mission in 2016, ranked ninth of the twenty cities chosen.
These are public projects led by government and industry. Jamshri has no hand in them. They are the ground the company is building on.
