Jamshri City unveiled: Solapur's first 15-acre integrated district

Jamshri Realty announced a master-planned precinct on the historic mill campus. The development carries a project value of about 1,000 crore rupees, built on an investment of about 400 crore rupees. The district brings together retail, workspace, hospitality and wellness. More than 50% of the overall High Street leasable area is occupied, with Westside, Zudio, Star Bazaar and Mr DIY trading. The completed district is expected to create thousands of jobs.

CLaaS: turning clean living into a core city service

Jamshri City introduced its Clean-Living-as-a-Service model for water and energy, with food production planned as part of the system. The work includes a restored 200-foot well and more than 30 recharge bores. Rainwater harvesting and a 950 kW solar plant are expected to produce 1.76 million clean power units a year by March 2026, avoiding about 1,400 tonnes of carbon.
