A vertical in exploration
Jamshri Ignite
Jamshri Ignite is the office vertical we are exploring within Jamshri City. Today it runs as two managed centres with close to 500 seats for two established clients.
It stands apart from the High Street, and behind it sits an eighteen-year story of job creation and technology on this campus.
Managed office clients
On the ground today
Two working centres.
The two centres sit at separate locations on the same property, each operating as a managed office. Together they are working proof that technology jobs and talent have a future in Solapur itself.
- Operating today
Mahindra Business Solutions
Within the heritage mill structure
A six-seat pilot grew into a full centre delivering 100% SLA across nine languages, around the clock, inside the same landmark building that houses the High Street.
- Operating today
Core Integra
Opposite the High Street
A standalone building converted from the premises that once housed the Swadisht restaurant. Core Integra serves clients across India from Solapur, drawing on the same local talent pool and campus infrastructure.
Close to 500 seats run across the two centres today. Each was built to its client's specification within an existing campus structure, with power backup, redundant connectivity, and the High Street's retail and dining a short walk away.
The journey
Job creation first. Technology next.
Two threads run through this campus. One is a family of independent ventures that proved Solapur's talent to the world. The other is Jamshri Ignite, which has served its clients continuously since 2018.
- Jamshri initiative built, owned, and operated by Jamshri Realty Limited
- Independent venture founded by members of the Damani family
-
2008
Independent ventureJob creation begins
iPing Technologies, Solapur's first international BPO, opens on the Jamshri campus, founded by Rajesh Damani. Voice and back-office delivery for global clients proves a simple thesis: Solapur's talent can serve the world from home.
-
2018
Independent ventureTechnology enters the picture
iPing Data Labs, Solapur's first AI/ML startup, is founded by Rajesh Damani and Ankit Damani. The venture builds industrial AI and edge computing for manufacturers across India, taking the campus from service delivery into deep technology.
-
2018
Jamshri initiativeJamshri Ignite begins
Jamshri launches Ignite to host IT and ITeS operations on the campus. A six-seat Mahindra pilot grows into a full operations centre. Ignite has served its clients continuously ever since.
-
2022
Independent ventureThe venture takes a pause
iPing Data Labs concludes its run as the family concentrates on the conversion of the mill estate into Jamshri City. In these years the High Street grows into the retail heart of the campus, and Ignite grows deliberately, adding seats against committed demand.
-
2026
Jamshri initiativeTechnology returns, inside Jamshri
Jamshri establishes an augmented intelligence initiative within the company, applying AI to its own operations and to Solapur's talent pipeline. The lessons of the venture years now run through the institution itself.
-
Today
Jamshri initiativeTwo centres, growing on evidence
With a new IT park announced for Solapur, the city's technology moment is gathering, and the evidence from our clients says the talent is here.
For the record
The founder relationship
iPing Technologies and iPing Data Labs were independent companies. Rajesh Damani founded the first; Rajesh Damani and Ankit Damani founded the second. Both were headquartered on the Jamshri campus, and neither was a Jamshri Realty entity. The relationship was one of founders and of place.
Jamshri Ignite is a Jamshri initiative, built, owned, and operated by the company, and it carries that decade of job-creation experience into the centres it runs today.
Where this vertical can go
A future written by demand.
Ignite's next stages are under exploration within the Jamshri City masterplan. Each will be built the way the first two centres were: against committed demand.
- Under exploration
A managed office floor
Plug-and-play space within one of the mixed-use towers planned at Jamshri City, arriving as the township rises.
- Under exploration
A dedicated office building
When demand calls for it, a purpose-built home of Ignite's own for technology occupiers on the campus.
Space when you need it. Talent from the city itself.
Beyond space, Jamshri connects technology firms with the institutions that can build their talent pipeline locally, and proves through Mahindra and Core Integra that the model works.
- 9engineering colleges in Solapur
- 15,000+graduates every year
